A Message From Our President

Hello!

Since our incorporation in 1997, BCS has been focused on delivering quality service to help our customers operate more efficiently. Our business model is simple and is driven by employees who are my extended family. I primarily attribute our success to the following:

  • Quality People. We employ a diverse mix of construction professionals. Most of our hiring is done by referral, so we are employing people with a proven track record, reputation and experience in our field. At our core, all BCS staff have excellent customer service skills and are dedicated to the clients we serve.
  • Competitive Pricing. BCS recognizes that efficiency is key. Companies are often tasked with doing more with less, and we strive to deliver a superior value of service without the high price tag. We are able to do this by carrying a low overhead rate, employing skilled, experienced staff and deploying scalable solutions.
  • Staff Retention. I take pride in creating an environment where employees feel valued for the work they do on a daily basis. I am strong believer that this motivation is directly linked to the investment our employees give back to not only BCS, but our customers. Because of this, our turnover is well below industry average. We offer competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, but more importantly, I seek to support professional (and personal) growth for all BCS staff.
  • Team Approach. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Our staff is small enough to foster a team attitude, but large enough to have the required depth of skills our clients need.

With a phenomenal staff in place, we continue to focus on transforming our service offerings as core competencies. We have earned a great reputation as a trusted partner to our clients and will continue to focus on delivering differentiated value to our customers in 2022. To be successful, we are focused on:

  1. Career Development. Continue to foster employee professional growth.
  2. Business Expansion. Obtain workshare from existing prime and subcontracts
  3. Personnel. Recruit, hire and train quality employees to staff new multi-year contracts.

BCS is my home away from home. I am proud of the service we have provided our clients over the past 25 years, and am looking forward to what our future has in store for us!

Best,

Heather Naples, Founder & President
