BCS serves the private sector community of building owners and purchasers, community management companies, and home owner associations by providing a wide range of engineering and inspection services.
Current client types include:
Capital Reserve Consultants. We provide consulting services to private companies that specialize in capital replacement reserve studies, and construction defect identification to Associations that are transitioning from management by the developer to management by the Condomiminium or Homeowner Association.
Community Management Companies and Home Owner Associations.We provide engineering oversight, inspection, and construction administration services to companies that manage home owner and condominium associations. Building Owners and Purchasers.We provide detailed building inspection reports and Facility Condition Assessments to building owners and purchasers.
Architectural Firms. We provide cost estimating services to Architects during the programming stages for prospectus-level projects seeking Congressional approval. Our estimates incorporate total project costs including management, design, construction, IT/AV equipment, furniture, security/access control systems, move costs and vacated space restoration if applicable. We also develop cost estimates based on design intent and construction drawings for various types of facilities.
