GSA MOBIS Schedule Contract, GS-10F-0277N
BCS provides project management and management consulting services through GSA's Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule. This contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle allowing for Firm Fixed-Price or Labor Hour task orders. The contract contains negotiated labor rates for on-site and off-site professional services support.

Department of Homeland Security, Task Order HSHQDC-0-F-00161
BCS has a firm fixed price contract with DHS's Headquarters Facilities Operations group to team with Government personnel in the performance of the following activities: (1) project management; (2) design and construction management; (3) facility and building management; (4) A&E design and construction services; and (5) space design and layout including CAD services. Services also include strategic space and building analysis; asset management/warehousing; furniture sourcing and procurement; space renovation; reconfiguration and tenant improvements; move management and logistics services; delivery and installation of furnishings; review and development of government leasing and occupancy agreements and computer aided facility management and management of related IT systems.

Transportation Security Administration, Task Order HSTS03-06-R-RES068
BCS supports the TSA Office of Real Estate Services (RES) in developing and implementing a real estate management program that provides facilities services for field workspace locations by managing office and airport space allocations; lease acquisitions; design, construction and renovation of tenant space; furniture acquisition; and related services. The RES administers and accounts for the financial aspects associated with its services; manages the supporting data and records systems; and assures compliance with and responds to the DHS Real Property President's Management Agenda.

BCS project managers and program analysts manage multiple complex real estate projects simultaneously with an emphasis on managing cost, schedule and performance. They lead a project team of vendors, contractors and stakeholders. Project types include space acquisition, construction and renovation, furniture procurement and installation, relocation services, and lease administration and management. Other tasks include analyzing projects for feasibility, providing technical guidance, and providing project reporting and financial management.

General Services Administration
BCS has multiple contracts with the GSA Public Building Services to provide contract executive and account manager services to the Triangle Service Center, National Capital Region. Services include coordinating the design and construction of various facilities for Department of Commerce, including acting as Contract Executive for the new build-to-suit facility for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Center for Weather and Climate Prediction. Support services also include ensuring good customer relations among the upper management of the GSA and its Federal agency customers, and providing technical assistance for engineering and building management issues.
