What is included in the inspection?

A typical commercial inspection reviews the condition of the building’s structure and any systems affecting occupancy of the building. The report will describe the building’s physical condition and indicate what may need major repair or replacement. The inspection generally takes 4 to 8 hours to perform, and the report is generated within 2 to 3 days of the inspection. The report includes photographs illustrating the condition of the property as well as any repairs or upgrades that are recommended, and includes a cost estimate to implement recommendations made in the report.
